Refund policy
The Boyhood Capsule is sold as a complete, curated wardrobe system — not individual pieces. Each box is thoughtfully assembled to work together. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for individual items based on personal preference.
What we cover
We stand behind the quality of every box. If your order arrives with any of the following, we will make it right:
- Manufacturing defects or damage on arrival
- Wrong size box shipped (e.g., you ordered 2T, received 4T)
- Significantly misrepresented product
What we do not cover
- Dislike of a specific print, color, or style within the box
- Partial returns or exchanges of individual items
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Sale or discounted boxes (final sale)
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong size shipped, defective item), we cover return shipping. For all other qualifying returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@theboyhoodcapsule.com within your 30-day window. Please include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Photos of the damage or defect (if applicable)
